Day 1...no cheese :(

Me so sleepy
Sooo I'm looking for ways to improve my nutrition. I'm not the type to go cold turkey so I have to do one thing at a time. A few years ago I stopped drinking sodas on a daily basis. Then I cut back on red meat. Next step is cheese. I love love LOVE cheese! And I like richer cheeses like cheddar, brie and Gouda....oh Gouda. I realized that I eat cheese every day. Every day I eat cheese... In my eggs, on my sandwiches, with my lunch. Yea. Since I seem to have plateaued I figure its time to take another step. I'll still eat cheese just not everyday. To kick it off, I'm doing 5 days no cheese. Then in June I'm doing a 4 week program with group training with a few of my BGR sisters. Lets get it! Here's a pic of me to to ight... Time to go nite nite.


Oh but note to self...you HAVE to write that paper on phenomenography!

That was the word today and has actually been my mantra for years now.

By the way, these cuties perfectly matched my scarf today. They were the source of much joy and much pain.. So much pain that while shopping today I left out of the store just to go to my car and change into sneakers....the things I do for cute shoes. :)

Rave Run

Ok this was a crazy night race. The gravel and the dark and 20,000 people left me with sore feet, swollen ankles and racing to the bed. Two races in two weeks... What's next weekend?
