Day 1...no cheese :(

Me so sleepy
Sooo I'm looking for ways to improve my nutrition. I'm not the type to go cold turkey so I have to do one thing at a time. A few years ago I stopped drinking sodas on a daily basis. Then I cut back on red meat. Next step is cheese. I love love LOVE cheese! And I like richer cheeses like cheddar, brie and Gouda....oh Gouda. I realized that I eat cheese every day. Every day I eat cheese... In my eggs, on my sandwiches, with my lunch. Yea. Since I seem to have plateaued I figure its time to take another step. I'll still eat cheese just not everyday. To kick it off, I'm doing 5 days no cheese. Then in June I'm doing a 4 week program with group training with a few of my BGR sisters. Lets get it! Here's a pic of me to to ight... Time to go nite nite.


Oh but note to self...you HAVE to write that paper on phenomenography!
