What I Love About Me
Too often we focus on everything that is wrong with us. I am starting a personal campaign to do just the opposite. What I love about me, #wilam, is just for me.
I love my ambition. I am ambitious in ways most people don't even recognize. It's taken me farther than I ever imagined. I believe God blessed me with my ambition and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Jesus!

Sexy on a Beach - Day Two
Day 2 progress: 12k steps and 2 more miles toward my 100 mile challenge. 5 min morning workout video PLUS squats, lunges, bicep curls, tricep curls.
Breakfast was eggs with a side of kale. Afternoon snack was blueberries and almonds. Breakfast for dinner with of course a side of kale. ;)

As I was walking this evening I realized that I didn't quite think this 100 mile challenge through. I mean I'd have to get in 25 miles a week....and I only usually commit to 7 each week. That would mean over 3 miles a day. What was I thinking??? I don't have that kind of time. Soooo I'm going or 50 miles in a mth. And as I rebuild my stamina, I can increase my mileage. I will eventually work my way up to 100 mile months :)
In the meantime, all this is getting me to my sexy on a beach by fall. Muah!

Sexy on a Beach - Day One
Most importantly, I have to be "sexy on a beach" in time for my Maui trip this fall.
So I started today with a quick 5 min warm up workout. Then oatmeal with a side of kale for breakfast. I also took some before pics with my GG tonight which I will NOT be posting online. Then I ended the evening with a 2 mile walk this evening.
I'm whooped. Time for bed. :)
