Sexy on a Beach - Day One


So my growth group has been reading the Daniel Plan  and decided to take on the 40 day challenge.   And I also took on the 100 miles in July challenge.  I'm also in the GCC challenge at work so I try to get over 10k steps a day. 

Most importantly, I have to be "sexy on a beach" in time for my Maui trip this fall.  

So I started today with a quick 5 min warm up workout.  Then oatmeal with a side of kale for breakfast.      I also took some before pics with my GG tonight which I will NOT be posting online.  Then I ended the evening with a 2 mile walk this evening.  



I'm whooped.  Time for bed. :)
