Breakfast was eggs with a side of kale. Afternoon snack was blueberries and almonds. Breakfast for dinner with of course a side of kale. ;)

As I was walking this evening I realized that I didn't quite think this 100 mile challenge through. I mean I'd have to get in 25 miles a week....and I only usually commit to 7 each week. That would mean over 3 miles a day. What was I thinking??? I don't have that kind of time. Soooo I'm going or 50 miles in a mth. And as I rebuild my stamina, I can increase my mileage. I will eventually work my way up to 100 mile months :)
In the meantime, all this is getting me to my sexy on a beach by fall. Muah!
