Yeah so I woke up exhausted this morning and completely sore from my run yesterday. I remembered that I did go salsa dancing Friday night and got up at 6am to do the race. Um yeah, so I needed rest. I have to ALWAYS remember to schedule some rest. Took a quick break and drove to one of my favorite local beach spots. Ran some errands but no big workout today. I did get my 40-second plank in though! :)
