Two minute workout....Burpees, Planks and Squat Jumps

Since my trainer told me last week that I should be doing planks every day...I have.  30-40 second planks that is.  Eventually, I'll start doing leg lifts and side planks but for now, I'm good.

This morning, I did push ups, and a 30-second plank.  Then I studied for a bit and went back to do burpees with a 2 3 pound weights when I jumped up...ummm, me no like burpees...and that's the truth!

So I took another break...then I did another two minute workout.  Yes, two minutes sound like nothing, but when you do it hard core, it is no joke.

I did 30 seconds of burpees with weights, 35 second planks and 1 minute of squat jumps with weights.  Yeah, I broke a sweat.

Now I just have to cook breakfast, get dressed and make it out the door by 9...1 hour to go.
