Two and a Half Minute Morning Strength Workout...Done!

It was my intention to get up and do a mile this morning and then some strength...since I was running short on time...I had to focus on nutrition and a small strength workout.

Real (not instant) oatmeal with raisins, homemade pomegranate smoothie (blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, pomegranate juice and berry sherbert).  I'll eat some almonds for my protein later.  Already cooked my lunch this morning.

Yeah so health, fitness and weight loss all start with nutrition.  So with that said, I did my new 2.5 min of strength this morning.  30-second plank, 30 seconds of pushups, 30 seconds of squats, 30 second squat hold (ow), and then 40-second plank.  No burpees this morning, but I broke a sweat and FELT it just the same.  Tonight I have my strength training session with my trainer.

I wish I could commit to a walk this evening, but I know I need to get some more schoolwork done.

Today will be a GREAT day!
