Beautiful Me

before work this morning 9.6.11

This morning I was so sleepy, so I stayed in bed a little longer, skipping my morning mile, vowing to get it in after work.  Wellllll...today was such a long and intense day at work, by the time I got home and cooked din, I was ready to hit the sack!

For Day 3 of  "31 days" I had to write a love letter to my future self that will be delivered to me 30 days from now.  I won't disclose the full contents of the letter but it started out..."Dear Me, You are beautiful..."  It may not seem like much, but after the day I've had...I really need this.
