Beautiful Day in NC 9.28.11

Yesterday I spent some time with fam before heading to to the airport yesterday afternoon.  It was a beautiful day in North Carolina!

Day 25 of 31dayreset was to stop complaining for 24 hours.  Now that was a challenge considering that I was traveling during this "no complaining" time. :)

Today I got up at 5am, did my morning mile, breakfast, then took a nap...then went to my firm's regional meeting, went to salon, ran a few errands and was done for the day.  I noticed my knee was noticeably more sore....I think it's because I wore my 5 inch heels 3 days in a row when I was home.
