When I work up this morning I prayed, thanked God, helped my BFF on the east coast with a pivot table and then did my one mile walk/run.

So I'm starting out slow...During my one mile walk in the mornings...I run for 30 seconds then walk a minute or two. I do this a few times, not until I'm exhausted...just to build up my stamina. Today I finished my mile in less than 20 minutes and that's GREAT for me :)

But I'm late for work and why? Well I got up, did my one mile, the 3 sets of 20jj's, squats, curnches, a small yoga practice, pedicure, shaved my legs, did my hair, this blogpost and cooked breakfast...oh and in honor of my birthday month, I changed by ringback tone to "September" by Earth,Wind and Fire. :)
Now I'm off to work!
